We are hiring a Business Operations Executive for our coaching center in Barasat. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on managing daily operations, handling students, and supporting business growth.
Salary & Earnings:
Basic salary ₹8,000/month. Additional daily allowance of ₹50 is provided. Performance-based commission is available, with total earning potential up to ₹25,000/month depending on performance.
Working Details:
Working hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The role requires 6 working days per week, with Thursday as a fixed weekly off.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and coordinating classes, handling student enquiries and admissions, converting leads into enrolments, and supporting daily operations. Also includes basic social media handling and promotional support.
Required Skills:
Good communication and speaking skills are essential. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Canva, and video editing is required.
Language Requirement:
Candidates must know Bengali and Hindi. Basic English understanding is also required.
