At StockTechnique (https://www.stocktechnique.com/), we provide educational courses, training programs, Demat account assistance, and mutual fund investment guidance. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment.

By purchasing any product or service from our website, you agree to the terms below.

1. No Refund on Educational Courses

All courses and educational products offered by StockTechnique are digital, educational, and knowledge-based in nature.

🔒 Once a course is purchased, the payment is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CANCELLABLE.

Refunds will not be granted for reasons including, but not limited to:

Change of mind

Dissatisfaction with content

Partial or non-usage of courses

Personal expectations

2. Duplicate / Excess Payment Refund Policy

Refunds are permitted only in the event of duplicate or excess payment for the same product or service.

Conditions:

Duplicate payment must be verified by StockTechnique

Only the excess amount will be refunded

Payment gateway charges are non-refundable

Gateway charges are deducted by third-party providers and are not received by StockTechnique

We use Razorpay as our payment gateway, and Razorpay does not refund its processing fees.

3. Payments Not Received by StockTechnique

StockTechnique will not process refunds for:

Failed transactions

Pending payments

Amounts deducted by banks or wallets but not credited to StockTechnique’s account

Such issues must be resolved directly with the bank or payment gateway.

4. Demat Account & Investment Guidance Disclaimer

We assist with:

Demat account opening support

Mutual fund investment guidance

Customers must verify all details carefully before proceeding.

We do not guarantee returns, and all financial decisions are made at the customer’s own discretion.

Payments for these services are non-refundable once processing has begun.

5. Refund Request Process (Duplicate Payment Only)

Refund requests will be accepted and processed ONLY if the duplicate or excess payment has been successfully received by StockTechnique.

📌 If the payment has not been credited to StockTechnique’s account, no refund will be issued, and such requests will not be accepted.

For eligible cases, customers must contact us within 7 days of the transaction and provide:

Full name

Registered mobile number or email

Transaction ID / payment receipt

Proof of duplicate payment

Approved refunds (after verification) will be processed within 7–10 business days, after deducting applicable payment gateway charges.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers should contact StockTechnique before raising chargebacks or disputes with banks or payment providers.

Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to service suspension or legal action, where applicable.

7. Policy Changes

StockTechnique reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting.
